I will start drawing once I receive the payment. If you are in the queue but didn't manage to pay on time your commission can be postponed or canceled.☾ REFUNDS
No refund is possible if the work has already been colored/ready to be rendered.☾ REVISION
Revisions are okey, but after 4 revisions I will start taking extra charges. Once the final piece is provided you aren't able to do any revisions.

Work process will usually take from 2 business days to 1 months. I will always notify the client if I need more time and I will give a reason if needed.
